1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Senda platform (universosenda.com) you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Service description and non-clinical nature
Senda is a professional-support and career-transitions platform. It combines psychometric tools, editorial content, artificial intelligence as a copilot, and human support. The artificial intelligence and questionnaires offer reflective guidance: they do not replace Senda's human team, do not constitute a clinical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, and do not guarantee specific career outcomes.
3. Registration, account and accuracy of your data
Accessing certain features requires creating an account with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. The service is intended for people over 18 years old; by registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use of the platform
You agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with the law, refraining from impersonating third parties, attempting to breach the site's security or access other people's data, using automated systems to scrape content without authorization, or using the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order or morals.
5. Assessments and evaluations
Assessments and guidance tools, including the Career Anchors Test, invite reflection and can be complemented by an individual conversation; they are not fixed definitions and do not, by themselves, determine study or career decisions. The Career Anchors Test can be completed once per account; this limit is also enforced server-side.
6. Engagement, payments and right of withdrawal
Before a paid engagement begins, Senda clearly and privately communicates its engagement terms, price, and available payment methods, consistent with the duty of information under art. 4 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240. No process is confirmed without your explicit acceptance. For contracts entered into remotely, you have the right to withdraw your acceptance within ten (10) calendar days of contracting, without any liability, consistent with art. 34 of Law 24,240 and Argentina's applicable rules on the right of withdrawal for distance contracting.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are nonrefundable. Session packages are nonrefundable once the process has begun, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal described above where applicable.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, including text, designs, methodology, assessments, and session materials, is the property of Senda and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
Senda does not guarantee specific results from using its services; our role is to provide tools, information, and guidance for each professional transition. Career decisions always remain the responsibility of each individual. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liabilities that, under Law 24,240 and the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina, are non-waivable for consumers.
10. Governing law, jurisdiction and consumer protection
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. For consumer relationships, and consistent with art. 36 of Law 24,240, the competent jurisdiction is that of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to your right to pursue consumer dispute-resolution channels, such as COPREC or your local consumer-protection authority, before any judicial action.
