Where we come from
We come from a simple idea.
Work takes up an important part of our lives, and when something changes, it's not enough to look only at a résumé, a role, or a job opportunity. Our interests, expectations, priorities, bonds, and ways of imagining what comes next change too.
That's why we created a space to pause, gain perspective, revisit the journey so far, and open possibilities to choose how to continue.

How do you accompany transformation processes while keeping the person going through them at the center?
Tania is a project consultant specialized in talent and transformation management, with more than fifteen years of experience accompanying people, teams, and organizations. Throughout her career she worked in talent management and development, and led and supported teams in science, technology, and education.
Thousands of interviews, working alongside professionals from different backgrounds, and the experience of accompanying individual and collective processes gradually shaped a question that now runs through Senda.
That question gave rise to the project and continues to guide how we work. Tania is now Senda's spokesperson: the person who communicates our outlook, brings forward the conversations we want to open about work and professional transitions, and coordinates the work of the professionals who are part of each process.

Senda isn't built around a single professional perspective. We build our support by bringing together professionals with complementary backgrounds, tools, and perspectives, according to the traits and needs of each process.
A professional transition can involve questions about interests, professional identity, abilities, opportunities, positioning, employability, context, or next steps, and not all of those questions need the same answer or the same professional. That's why we want each person to find the support and tools that make sense for the moment they're going through.
Our work as a team starts from one same premise: not to decide for the person, but to widen the possibilities they can choose from.
