1. Data controller
Senda ("we" or "the platform") is the data controller for the personal data it collects through universosenda.com. This platform operates from Argentina and this policy is written to comply with Argentine data-protection law. For any question about this policy, write to us at hola@universosenda.com.
2. Applicable legal framework
This policy is governed by Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, and the rules issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the Argentine data-protection authority. We also take into account, where relevant, Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina.
3. Data we collect
We collect the data you choose to provide us: name, email address, phone number, and message. If you create an account, we also process your display name, an optional profile photo, and the data from questionnaires you complete. For the Career Anchors Test, this includes the email address associated with your Google account, the 40 individual responses, the three final selections, optional career stage, ranking across all eight anchors, their scores, and the guidance-oriented feedback. We additionally collect technical data necessary for the site's operation and security, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
4. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We use your data to answer inquiries, provide requested services, manage your account, protect the single attempt, save progress, calculate and retain the result, protect the platform against abuse, improve its operation, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your free, express, and informed consent (arts. 5 and 11 of Law 25,326), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use your responses or results to send marketing messages without express authorization, and we do not carry out unsolicited telemarketing; we respect Argentina's "Do Not Call" National Registry (Law 26,951) where applicable.
5. Assessments, artificial intelligence and confidentiality
The Career Anchors Test requires a Google account to protect the single attempt and save progress. Responses are stored progressively, and the server calculates the ranking deterministically. To enrich the interpretation, the artificial-intelligence provider receives only the ranking, optional career stage, and language; it does not receive individual responses, name, email address, phone number, or location. If that service is unavailable, deterministic guidance-oriented feedback is used. The result remains protected in your account, and the notification email sent to you contains no responses or results. Results are for orientation only: they are not a clinical diagnosis and do not replace guidance from a qualified professional.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and while we have an ongoing relationship with you, for example while your account remains active, and afterward for as long as required by legal, accounting, or claims-defense obligations. You may request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal exceptions.
7. Third parties, providers and international data transfer
To operate the platform we work with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, artificial-intelligence, and email providers. These providers may process data on servers located outside Argentina; where applicable, we apply the safeguards required by art. 12 of Law 25,326. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
8. Information security
We apply authentication controls, database permissions, server-side validation, protection against abusive automation, and encrypted communications, consistent with art. 9 of Law 25,326. No system offers absolute security, but we limit access to and collection of data to what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
9. Your rights (access, rectification, updating and deletion)
As the owner of your data, you have the right to request, at any time and free of charge, access to your data, its rectification, updating, or deletion, as well as to withdraw your consent and to ask about any data disclosures we have made, in line with art. 14 of Law 25,326. To exercise these rights, write to hola@universosenda.com stating your name and the right you wish to exercise; we will respond within the applicable legal deadlines.
10. Supervisory authority
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, is responsible for enforcing this law in Argentina. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
11. Cookies and minors
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and preferences, such as language or visual theme. Any non-essential technologies introduced in the future will respect the choice shown on the site. Senda is intended for people over 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor provided us with personal data without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can delete it.
